Ape Yoghurt Bar goes hand in hand with the frozen yoghurt trend that is growing in several countries. A trend that can be classically combined with soft ice-cream too. While in Italy artisan ice-cream is the most popular and well loved, in many other countries soft ice cream is preferred.
To sell yoghurt on the road the set-up is different from the one used for selling ice-cream. Some particular details need to be changed and different equipment is needed. Here are some of the main features:

- Also in this case, we have assumed that the operator works on the ground outside so as to allow a higher product load capacity.
- The Ape Yoghurt Bar project includes a refrigerated unit to store the fruit and garnishes that are usually served with the yoghurt.
